The Sparta, Illinois Public Library Board of Trustees reviewed the budget during its monthly meeting March 7.
The meeting was held in the main study area of the library. The first order of business was a review and vote to approve the minutes from the previous meeting.
The Treasurer’s Reports were reviewed. Expenses were reviewed with a motion to pay bills put before the board.
In the Librarian’s Report, the board considered American Library Association membership. There were discussions about closures for Good Friday as well as the next Saturday.
The new Da-Com lease was discussed in the meeting as well.
