The campaign committee Committee to Elect James Larry Karraker owes a $5,000 fine imposed on Feb. 25, 2011, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $5,000 with Lorraine Karraker listed as the responsible officer.
