City of Red Bud Review Committee met Sept. 15.

Committee Members Absent: None

Council Members Present: Curt Guebert, Mike Rheinecker, Kyle Donjon

Council Members Absent: None

Others Present: Mayor Susan Harbaugh, City Attorney Rick Cooper, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Code Adm./City Engineer Jeff Mueller, Police Chief John Brittingham, Administrative Officer Jill Landgraf, Finance Office Liz Cowell, City Clerk Joanne Cowell

Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf called the meeting to order at 6:47 P.M.

I. Review of Prior Meeting Minutes – March 18, 2024

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Nevois, to approve the minutes from the March 18, 2024, meeting. Carried

II. Review of Executive Session Minutes – Potential Executive Session

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwarzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Hanebutt to recess into executive session for the purpose of the semi-annual review of past meeting minutes under 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21). Carried

The committee went into executive session at 6:48 P.M.

The committee returned from executive session at 6:53 P.M.

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwarzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Nevois to release executive session minutes from March 18, 2024, (Executive Session Minutes

Review). The need for confidentiality still exists for the remaining minutes reviewed. Carried
