1. Call to Order: 6:00 p.m.
2. Roll Call: S. Wilson, J. Heifner, B. Clark. J. Wilkerson, D. Clark, S. Buntin, Mark Genet was absent.
3. Audience Participation: (limited to 10 minutes unless extended by the Board) Attendees Included: Deziree Williams, Heather Barclay, Abbie Neal and Melissa Williford.(Heather wanted to know if we could get bleachers set out)
4. A motion is made by S. Buntin to enter into close session for purpose of considering information regarding the appointment, evaluation, performance, employment and/or dismissal of personnel and student disciplinary actions.
