Village of Coulterville Board of Trustees met April 16.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to order in the Community Center for regular session on Monday, April 16, 2018 at 7:15 pm.

Those present for the roll call were Board members: Dyson, Long, Knope, Wine, Campbell and Wright.

•Moved by Dyson, second by Wine to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes.

•Moved by Wine, second by Campbell to approve Minutes for April 16, 2018 regular meeting. All Ayes.

•Moved by Long, second by Knope to approve payment of invoices for April 16, 2018. All Ayes.

•Moved by Long, second by Campbell to approve March 2018 Treasurer's Report. All Ayes.

Reports And Communications:

•Financial report: Nothing to report.

•Cemetery report: Nothing to report

•Sewer report: Nothing to report

•Park report: Committee determined that 1 tree needs to be removed from the village park, 1 at the ballpark and 2 near a residence. Estimates will be obtained for the removals.

•Recycle /Trash report: cleanup day is set for May 19th.

•Water report:

•Street report: Maintenance crew cleaned out a storm sewer drain on South Main Street on Sunday.

Public Announcements/Guests:

•The Coulterville cleanup day will be Saturday, May 19th staring at 8am until dumpsters are full. Dumpsters will be located at 110 S. Randolph Street.

Public Comment:

New Business:

•Approved by Wine, second by Dyson to approve hiring Dave Cole to mow grass at the cemetery for the for the growing season. All Ayes. The Village will consider hiring someone for the trimming of the cemetery.

•No action was taken by the board for employee pay raises. It will be discussed at a later financial meeting.
