I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – May 19, 2025 Recommendation made by Committee Member Hanebutt, seconded by Committee Member DeMond, to approve the minutes from the May 19, 2025, meeting. Carried
II. CD Information
A. Maturing CDs
Nothing to report.
III. Financial Dashboard
Chairman Mueller noted that the city is at 8% of the fiscal year, the revenue is at 11% and the expenses are at 5%. The expenses are up a little, due to some larger equipment purchases for the police department and park projects.
IV. Online Codification Project
Adm. Officer Landgraf explained the quotes from American Legal and Civicplus MuniCode for making the City Code of Ordinances more available and user friendly on the city’s website. She recommended going with the MuniCode program, which is a part of the same company as the accounting/utility billing systems. Landgraf was asked to find out if the system can track usage, is there an app, and what happens to the data if the city discontinues the service.
A. American Legal Quote
The one-year cost is $7,275 and the five-year cost is $16,955.
B. MuniCode Quote
The five-year cost would be $16,765.
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Mueller, seconded by Committee Member Hanebutt, to approve authorization to accept the proposal from Civicplus MuniCode in the amount of $5,021 for a period of one year, pending positive feedback to the discussed questions. Carried
