How did Bob Hill spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Bob Hill's election campaign committee, Citizens for Bob Hill, spent $6,216 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Hill's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,412) going to A Plus in Belleville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Hill's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
