How did David Friess spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican David Friess's election campaign committee, Citizens for Friess, spent $5,467 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Friess's committee spent the most on printing in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,719) going to J.C. Sales in Palatine. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Friess's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
