How did Robert Bobby Kelly spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican Robert Bobby Kelly's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Robert "Bobby" Kelly, spent $6,591 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Kelly's committee spent the most on golf outings in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,977) going to Red Hawk Golf Club in Tamaroa. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Kelly's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
