City of Waterloo Planning Commission met Feb. 4.
Here is the minutes provided by the commission:
Meeting called to order at 6:45 pm with the following committee members in attendance: Aldermen Russ Row, Clyde Heller, Steve Notheisen, Russ Thomas and Kyle Buettner. Mayor Tom Smith, Alderman Stan Darter, Jim Nagel and Chris Jones were also present.
Agenda Item 1: Petitions by Citizens on Non-Agenda Items. None.
Agenda Item 2: Approval of Previous Planning Committee Meeting Minutes from 1-21-19. No minutes available.
Agenda Item 3: Country Club Hills PH III and IV Preliminary Plat. Jim Nagel explained the plats had been looked at by Chris Wilson from HMG and he approved them. There was discussion and questions to Chris Jones about the plat. Steve Notheisen made the motion to approve the preliminary plat with a second by Clyde Heller. The motion was approved 5-0.
Agenda Item 4: Comments. Steve Notheisen brought up the concern he has about Condo Associations being able to build single unit condos. Discussion followed.
Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Clyde Heller and seconded by Steve Notheisen. The meeting adjourned at 7:10 pm.
