How did Robert Bobby Kelly spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Robert Bobby Kelly's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Robert "Bobby" Kelly, spent $7,550 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Kelly's committee spent the most on yard signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,602) going to Designs Unlimited in Pinckneyville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Kelly's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
