4. Reorganization of Board

      4.1 Call to Order - Roll Call - New Board

5. Items of Business

      5.1 Oath of Office

      5.2 Appointment of Temporary Chairman and Secretary

      5.3 Election of new officers

      5.4 Salary for newly elected Board Secretary

      5.5 Appointment of Recording Secretary for the Board

      5.6 Establish time and place for regular meetings.

      5.7 Accept all contracts of prior Board Contracts.
