The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Jerry Costello, II (D-116) on Feb. 15, "designates IL-159 from Detour Road to IL-16 in Bunker Hill as the "Lance Cpl" and "charles Heinemeier Memorial Highway"," according to the General Assembly website.
