There was one offender released on parole during the fourth quarter living near Illinois zip code 62278, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by SW Illinois News.

The data shows that the man was released in the Graham zip code. The 23-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 1 year in prison for a financial crime or fraud in 2018 when he was 22 years old.
