Village of Coulterville Village Board met April 15.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to order in the Community Center for regular session at 7:00 pm.

Those present for the roll call were Board members: Dyson, Long, Knope, Wine, Campbell and Wright.

Moved by Wine, second by Campbell to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes. Moved by Campbell, second by Knope to approve Minutes for April 1, 2019 regular meeting. All Ayes. Moved by Long, second by Knope, to approve payment of invoices for April 15, 2019. All Ayes. Moved by Long, second by Wine to approve March 2019 Treasurer's report. All Ayes.

REPORTS AND COMMUNICATIONS

Financial report: Nothing to report. Cemetery report: Nothing to report Sewer report: Nothing to report. Park report: Nothing to report. Trash/Recycle report: Nothing to report. Water report: The small boat used to treat the lake needs replacing. Street report: Nothing to report.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT/GUESTS

The Coulterville Area Chamber of Commerce has disbanded. The Chamber had run the farmer's market in the village park. Deanna Geppert has volunteered to take charge of the farmer's market. She will hold the market in the park as it was before, time and day is yet to be determined. The Village will organize the village wide garage sales that the Chamber held as fund raisers. The clerk will take the names and addresses, supply the maps, but there will no longer be a charge to be on the map. This will be a free service for the community.

NEW BUSINESS

Moved by Long, second by Campbell to approve Ordinance 19-538 annexation of 1108 Roxie Lane. Wine abstained, remaining Ayes. Moved by Wright second by Campbell to approve hiring HMG Engineers for professional services to design a secondary access road in the cemetery for cost estimates. All Ayes. Mayor Marlow appointed Jason Wright and Scott Wine to a special committee that will oversee the maintenance of the ball diamonds at the ballpark. Moved by Long, second by Wright to give a $100.00 sponsorship to the Grand Cote Cruisers for the annual car show on June 9, 2019. All Ayes. Moved by Wine, second by Dyson to approve setting cleanup day for May 18, 2019 with two roll off dumpsters at a cost $700.00. All Ayes.

Moved by Wine, second by Dyson to adjourn at 7:40 pm. All Ayes.
