1. Tourism Brainstorming. Discussion about updating the overall tourism plan for the City of Waterloo. A list of ideas was distributed by Sarah Deutch. Motion to accept photography proposal for all Waterloo events and spotlights of businesses for a photo library made by Steve N, 2nd by Jim Hopkins. Motion passed 4-0. Meeting set up on the 28th of May to continue discussion on tourism restructuring.
2. Fall Tourism Times Ad. Cost of ad is $740 with our discount. Motion to approve by Steve N, 2nd by Clyde H. Motion passed 4-0.
