Village of Coulterville Village Board met May 18.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to order in the Community Center for regular session at 7:00 pm.

Those present for the roll call were Board members: Dyson, Long, Knope, Wine, Campbell and Wright.

• Moved by Wright, second by Knope to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes.

• Moved by Knope, second by Wine to approve Minutes for May 4, 2020 regular meeting. All Ayes.

• Moved by Long, second by Knope to approve payment of invoices for May 18, 2020. All Ayes.

• Moved by Wine, second by Wright to approve April 2020 Treasurer's Report. All Ayes.

REPORTS AND COMMUNICATIONS

• Financial report: Nothing to report.

• Cemetery report: Nothing to report.

• Sewer report: Nothing to report.

• Park report: Nothing to report.

• Trash/Recycle report: Nothing to report.

• Water report: Nothing to report.

• Street report: Nothing to report.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT/GUESTS

• The trash will be picked up on Tuesday and Thursday due to the Memorial Holiday instead of Monday and Wednesday.

PUBLIC COMMENT

NEW BUSINESS:

• Mayor Marlow keep all appointments and committee members the same.

• Moved by Wine, second by Wright to approve the MFT Resolution in the amount of$24,758.69 to oil and the chip streets. All Ayes.

• The board discussed the upcoming community activities that could be held with proper social distancing and maintain the ten or less people.

The farmer's market will begin Thursday, June 4, 2020 and will run every Thursday from 2 - 6 pm in the village park.

The community wide yard sale will be held Saturday, June 13, 2020 with maps available at village hall.

Cleanup day will be scheduled for Saturday, June 20, 2020 from 8am to noon or until dumpsters are full.

The community center and ball park pavilion will not be available to rent until the restrictions are lifted to crowds of up to 50 people. The Fall Festival does not seem possible at this time due to the crowd restriction guidelines.
