3. SEATING OF NEW BOARD MEMBERS - Discuss election results.

a) Kathy Koehner Landgraf to replace William Rauch as retired member, term expires 4/30/2022; and

b) Brian Etherton to replace Mike Conrad as active duty member, term expires 4/30/2022.

c) Al Hudzik reappointed to new term, term expires 5/9/2022.

d) Josh Bayer, re-elected to new term as active duty, term expires 4/30/2022.

4. MINUTES - Reading and approval of the minutes of the prior meeting(s)

a) Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamation dated June 26, 2020.

a) Discuss transition of payroll payments to retirees and others moving from Busey Bank to Municipality or other entity beginning January 1, 2021.

e) Discuss issues concerning paying 9.91% contributions on 10 hours of holiday pay.
