Description:
Make regular screenings a part of your life. It's easy with our Community HealthCheck. To keep everyone safe, lab testing will be BY APPOINTMENT only. Lab tests are just $40 (cash or check). Masks will be required. Results will be on the MBH Patient Portal and sent to your provider. If you don't have a provider, we'll schedule you with one of ours.
Discounted lab testing will be offered the following dates:
Saturday, July 24 (7-10 am)
Monday-Friday, July 26-30 (6-9 am)
Saturday, July 31 (7-10)

$40 Lab Test includes:
BLOOD PROFILE (Complete Metabolic Profile, Complete Blood Count)
LIPID PROFILE (Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, Triglycerides)
THRYOID FUNCTION (TSH)
DIABETIC SCREEN (Ha1C)
VITAMIN D LEVEL
PROSTATE CANCER SCREEN FOR MEN (PSA)
