1. Authorization to Hire Power plant Operator
Motion made by Council Member Guebert, seconded by Council Member Rheinecker, to authorize approval to hire Daniel Koester as power plant operator, pending physical and drug testing @$21.49/hour and follow the schedule approved at the committee level. (Clerk Note: Starting @80% of current rate of pay of $26.86/hour, after six months @ 90%, after twelve months @95% and at full duties @100%. The pay rate will increase with any annual percentage rate increases.) Motion made by Council Member Guebert, seconded by Council Member Piel, to authorize approval to send Steve Mertz to training entitled “2021 Pipeline Safety Compliance Conference” on December 7-8, 2021, in Mt.
