(2) Queen of Hearts Raffle Ordinance

Motion made by Jim Hopkins, 2nd by Jim Trantham to accept the changes proposed by Darter with a couple minor changes, unanimous recommendation.

(3) IBC 2012 re: Exterior Bldg Materials

Nathan explained that in (I 1404.1 General) For R 5 Districts - Exterior Building Regulations are missing. Nathan was concerned about a possible Apartment Building being proposed with All Exterior being Vinyl Siding.

Russ Row asked Nathan to look into R5 Exterior Building materials with 3 Units or more and come back to Ordinance in a future meeting with recommendations.

(4) Comments

Tom Smith suggested that we eliminate the Ordinance covering Political Signs. Stan Darter responded that the Supreme Court struck down All Regulations for Political signs on Residential Property more than a decade ago, rendering The City Ordinance obsolete. Making a change just before an Election would just cause confusion.

Motion to adjourn made by J Trantham, 2nd by Jim Hopkins, meeting adjourned at 7:17pm.
