City of Pinckneyville City Council met March 13.

COMMISSIONER CICARDI

1. Request emergency approval to purchase a new Gardner Denver GACLDSA Blower at a total cost of $3,497.00 from Power Supply Industries and request approval of a quote to repair and rebuild the City’s current Gardner Denver GACLDSA Blower at a cost of $2,586.00 from Power Supply Industries both to be paid from Water. Please see attached.

2. Request approval to purchase a Dell EMC PowerEdge T150 Server plus installation, warranty, and licensing at a total cost of $6,278.95 from CDS Office Technologies to be paid from Water. Please see attached.

COMMISSIONER HICKS

1. Request from American Legion Post 2504 to collect at 4-way stop at 154/13 & Walnut Street, 127 & Jackson Street, 154 & square, Main & Water Street on May 26, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. for Poppy Sales. Please see attached. 2. Pinckneyville Police Department requests approval to hire one Part-Time Police Officer. Please see attached.

Resolution No. R-2023-08, a resolution placed on file at the February 27, 2023, regular council meeting, to accept a proposal from Barr Trucking, Inc., to furnish materials and to approve the award of a contract. 2. Resolution No. R-2023-09, a resolution placed on file at the February 27, 2023, regular council meeting, to accept a proposal from Beelman Ready Mix, to furnish materials and to approve the award of a contract. 3. Resolution No. R-2023-10, a resolution placed on file at the February 27, 2023, regular council meeting, to accept a proposal from Illini Asphalt Corporation to furnish materials and to approve the award of a contract. 4. Request approval to purchase a Falcon 4 Ton Transporter Hot Box at a cost not to exceed $40,000.00 from CMW Equipment. Please see attached.

1. Resolution No. R-2023-11, a resolution placed on file at the February 27, 2023, regular council meeting authorizing the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois to enter into a professional services agreement for engineering services with Henry, Meisenheimer & Gende, Inc. (HMG Engineers, Inc.) in connection with Illinois Route 127 Water and Sewer Main Relocation.

2. Resolution No. R-2023-12, a resolution of the City of Pinckneyville, in support of Tax Increment Financing. Please see attached.

3. Resolution No. R-2023-13, a resolution to be placed on file, authorizing the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois, to enter into a Pipeline Crossing Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad (Railroad Mile Post 92.8). Please see attached.

4. Request permission to apply for FY25 Safety Grant for East Randolph Street for roadway rehabilitation.

5. Appoint Barry Kellerman to Library Board to replace the vacancy left by Sandra Phillips. Please see attached.

6. Ordinance No. O-2023-01, an ordinance to be placed on file, authorizing the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois, to enter into an agreement for acquisition of real estate located at 107 South Walnut, Pinckneyville, Illinois (United Steel Workers). Please see attached.

7. Ordinance No. O-2023-02, an ordinance to be placed on file, authorizing the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois, to enter into an agreement for acquisition of real estate located at 109 South Walnut, Pinckneyville, Illinois (Sycol). Please see attached.

8. Ordinance No. O-2023-03, an ordinance to be placed on file, authorizing the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois, to enter into an agreement for acquisition of real estate located at 111 South Walnut, Pinckneyville, Illinois (Pinckneyville Press). Please see attached.
