A. Open Public Hearing
Mayor Hill opened the Public Hearing at 6:45 P.M. allowing interested parties the express their views on the proposed Budget for the City of Columbia, Illinois for the Fiscal Year commencing May 1, 2023 and ending April 30, 2024.
The following Alderman were:
Present: Aldermen Huch, Holtkamp, Martens, Riddle, Khoury, and Lawlor.
Absent: Aldermen Niemietz and Garmer.

Mr. Brimm provided a brief overview of the proposed Budget.
C. Public Comments
Mayor Hill inquired if there were any comments from the public. There were none.
D. Close Public Hearing
There being no more comments Mayor Hill closed the Public Hearing at 6:52 P.M.
