City of Red Bud Personnel Committee met June 19.

Committee Members Absent: Jeremy DeMond

Council Members Present: Bill Hanebutt, Rodney Nevois

Council Members Absent: Ben Schwartzkopf

Others Present: Mayor Susan Harbaugh, City Attorney Rebecca Cooper, CitySuperintendent Josh Eckart, Code Admin./City Engineer JeffMueller, City Clerk Joanne Cowell

Others Absent: Police Chief John Brittingham, Admin. Assist. Pam Poetker

Mayor Harbaugh called the meeting to order at 6:05 P.M.

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – May 15, 2023

Recommendation made by Committee Member Guebert, seconded by Committee MemberDonjon, to approve the minutes from the May 15, 2023, meeting. Carried

II. IML Conference September 21-23, 2023

Any city official interested in attending the IML Conference, should contact Kristy Cooperfor reservations.

Recommendation made by Committee Member Guebert, seconded by Committee MemberDonjon, to approve sending any council member and department head, wishing to attend theIML conference in Chicago on September 21-23, 2023, at the city’s expense. Carried

III. Approval to Purchase Life Insurance

Recommendation made by Committee Member Rheinecker, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to approve the Life Insurance Proposal from Cowell Insurance Agency for employeecoverage of $20,000. Carried

IV. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City

None
