10.4. Approve the pom pom fundraiser for the High School Cheerleaders (selected 5) for All American Cheer competition trip

10.5. Approve facility request from City of Chester for use of Grade School parking lot on October 20-22, 2023 for visitor parking for the Fall Festival

10.6. Approve MOU for Technology Advisor

10.7. Approve to pay umpires a maximum of 2 rain dates for softball and baseball games

10.9. Baysinger Architects request Board Authorization for Bid Analysis for Chester CUSD 139 Building Re-keying with Zeller Construction - Marion, IL base bid at $62,500.00, Alternate Bid #1 $91,250.00, and Alternate Bid #2 $153,800.00.
