City of Pinckneyville City Council met Nov. 27.

GUIDELINES FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AT CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
Members of the public are welcome at City Council meetings and may address the Council during Public Comment. To have a specific matter placed on the meeting agenda, a member of the public requesting an addition to the agenda should contact the City Clerk at least five (5) days prior to the Council meeting and provide the City Clerk with sufficient information to allow the City Clerk to determine the nature of the agenda item. The Council requests that members of the public avoid repetitive appearances before the Council with the same issue. Comments should be limited to approximately five (5) minutes. Groups who wish to address the Council on the same or similar issues should select a spokesman to present the concerns of the group members.

1. Resolution No. R-2023-37, a resolution placed on file at the November 13, 2023, regular council meeting, authorizing the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois to accept a proposal for insurance coverage from Sheffer Insurance Agency.
2. Resolution No. R-2023-38, a resolution of the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois, to be placed on file, approving and authorizing stop loss insurance coverage with IPMG and Northwind. Please see attached.

Resolution No. R-2023-35, a resolution placed on file at the November 13, 2023, regular council meeting, authorizing the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois, to enter into an engineering services agreement with Henry, Meisenheimer & Gende, Inc. (HMG Engineers, Inc.) in connection with the Walnut Street Streetscape Project.
2. Resolution No. R-2023-36, a resolution placed on file at the November 13, 2023, regular council meeting, to approve $104,185.00 in Motor Fuel Tax Funds (Rebuild Illinois) for the Walnut Street Streetscape Project.
3. Ordinance No. O-2023-17, an ordinance placed on file at the November 13, 2023, regular council meeting, to approve and authorize the grant of access and utility easement to Kiwi Solar 1, LLC and Kiwi Solar 2, LLC.
4. Ordinance No. O-2023-18, an ordinance placed on file at the November 13, 2023, regular council meeting, authorizing the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois, to enter into a Third Amendment to Option and Lease Agreement and a Memorandum of Option and Lease (North) with Kiwi Solar 1, LLC, and an Amended and Restated Option and Lease Agreement (South) with Kiwi Solar 2, LLC.
5. Ordinance No. O-2023-20, an ordinance to be placed on file regarding the Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act for the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois. Please see attached.
6. Approval for gift certificates in the amount of $30.00 to all city employees, including volunteer firefighters at a cost to the City of $2,490.00.
