A) IPOPIF Update of investment portfolio

9. OLD BUSINESS

A) Review Foster & Foster Actuarial Valuation Report compared to the Municipal Tax Levy Ordinance.

B) Discuss status of consolidation case appeal. Illinois Supreme Court heard oral arguments on November 21, 2023.

C) Review status of issues related to Joseph Edwards QILDRO and future payments to exwife (August 2024).

A) Discuss upcoming election / appointment for board members:

* Josh Bayer, active, term expires 5/14/24;

* Gary Craig, active, term expires 5/14/24;

* Al Hudzik, appointed, term expires 5/14/24;

* Kathleen Kuehner-Landgraf, retired, term expires, 5/14/24.

B) Discuss filing of Statement of Economic Interest with County Clerk by all board members. (Due May 1, 2024)

C) Discuss status of Illinois Finance Entity forms due February 28, 2024.
