1. # 2024-02 Authorization to utilize (ARPA) funds to assist with the construction of the Perry County Highway Department Garage.

2. #2024-03 To set and establish mileage, hotel and per-diem for County Officials and their constituents.

Resolutions:

1. SUP-24-01 Geranium Solar, LLC for a special use permit for construction of a 300 MW AC solar electric generating facility that will include a 200 MW battery energy storage system (BESS) that will be located northeast of Swanwick, Illinois in unincorporated Perry County, Illinois.

2. SUP-24-02 April Ferguson to place a 44 x 28 (1232 sf) manufactured home at 514 Cherry Lake Road, DuQuoin, IL 62832.

3. 4. Resolution to approve software for government building.

5. Resolution Approve new Cobra and insurance rates previously discussed in previous board meeting

6. Approve funding for the White Walnut North Bridge

8. Award truck and salt storage building construction to Lake Contracting.
