I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – June 17, 2024

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Donjon, seconded by Committee Member Hanebutt to approve the minutes from the June 17, 2024, meeting. Carried

II. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City

Committee Member Nevois reported that the splash pad has been poured and about 80% of the border has been poured. They started laying the blocks for the restrooms today, trusses have been ordered and Nevois anticipates that the roof will be on it in a week. Nevois will build the wall on the inside of the restroom, Jay Horrell will mount the panel and then Tom Coverly from the city will run the electric. There must be electric in the building to get Helm back onsite because Horrell must pull electric back out to the manifold box so everything can be hooked up to start squirting water. The climbing rock is available, and Henke is going to pour the curb for that next week and get the drainage tile in, so the climbing rock can be placed. The splash toys are down at the utility plant and the exercise pad is poured. Next is to tie in with the sidewalks, then the fencing and then landscaping.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:07 P.M.
