State Representative David Friess will host his 4th Annual Children’s Halloween Costume Contest. The deadline for entries is November 5th, and the contest is open to children aged 12 years or under. The winner of the best costume will receive a family four-pack attraction pass to “The Edge” in Belleville.

Additionally, entries can be submitted at the Octo-Boo-Fest on October 18th at 6 p.m., which will take place at Southwestern Illinois College's Red Bud Campus parking lot.
