City of Red Bud Personnel Committee met Oct. 21.

Committee Members Present: Jeremy DeMond, Curt Guebert, Mike Rheinecker, Kyle Donjon, Alan Piel

Committee Members Absent: None

Council Members Present: Ben Schwartzkopf, Bill Hanebutt, Rodney Nevois

Council Members Absent: None

Others Present: Mayor Susan Harbaugh, City Attorney Rebecca Cooper, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Code Admin./City Engineer Jeff Mueller, Police Chief John Brittingham, Admin. Officer Jill Landgraf, City Clerk Joanne Cowell

Committee Chairman DeMond called the meeting to order at 6:15 P.M.

New Business

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – September 16, 2024 Recommendation made by Committee Chairman DeMond, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to approve the minutes from the September 16, 2024, meeting. Carried

II. Approval to End Jill Landgraf’s Six-Month Probationary Period, Effective October 19, 2024

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman DeMond, seconded by Committee Member Rheinecker, to authorize approval to end Jill Landgraf’s six-month probationary period, effective October 19, 2024. Carried

III. Appoint Jill Landgraf as FOIA Officer

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman DeMond, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to authorize approval to appoint Jill Landgraf as FOIA Officer. Carried

IV. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City

None

The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 P.M.
