The Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI) Program held its annual Midway Dinner on December 18 at the 1860 Public House in Red Bud, Illinois. The event is a key moment for fostering connections and conversations among leaders and community members.

Sarah Hartwick, Vice President of Illinois Education Workforce Policy, was the guest speaker for the evening. Her informal speech led to meaningful discussions about education and workforce development. Attendees were left inspired and motivated to work towards stronger communities.

Following the speech, attendees enjoyed dinner while networking and exchanging ideas. These interactions are central to the impact of the WLI Program.

"Thank you to Sarah Hartwick for sharing your expertise and to everyone who attended and contributed to such a wonderful evening," said an organizer. "The energy in the room was truly inspiring, and I look forward to seeing the fruits of these discussions take shape in our community."

The WLI Program will continue providing updates as it works toward a brighter future for Illinois.
