Mr. Schmidt is requesting a zoning map amended change for Lots #14, 15, and 16 located in the Elsie Kolmer Subdivision from B3 (Central Business District) to R2 (Single Family Residential). The request has received favorable recommendations from both the Planning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals. In addition, there were no concerns from the adjacent neighbors.
