COMMISSIONER HICKS
1. Request from Eagles Lodge to close part of West Mulberry Street Saturday, September 20, 2025, for annual BBQ contest. Please see attached.
2. Request from Aaron Lacy of Lucky Fades to close part of North Main Street in front of his business Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. for music and activities for the 2-year business anniversary. Please see attached.
3. Request from Southern Illinois Chapter 32 of International Harvester Collectors for $1,500.00 donation from the hotel/motel tax fund to assist with advertising and signage for their 5th annual Cubfest & Cub Cadet Tractor Show in September at the Perry County Fairgrounds. Please see attached.
4. Request approval to add Daniel Malanowski to the volunteer firefighter roster. Please see attached. 5. Request approval of a proposal from The Door Doctor for $34,007.00 for the replacement of all overhead doors at the fire department. Please see attached.

1. Approve Payment Application No. 1 for IL-154 and Fairground Road Water Main Replacement Project from Haier Plumbing & Heating, Inc. Please see attached.
2. Request approval of an invoice from Logicon for four trips in May and June to assist with issues at the Water Plant and City Lake at a total cost of $5,769.63 to be paid from the Water Fund. Please see attached.
3. Request approval of a quote from Spear to purchase chemicals for the pool at a total cost of $5,511.00 Please see attached.
4. Request approval of an estimate from Brand Electric to replace lights at the pool at a total cost of $4,206.48. Please see attached.
5. Request approval of a quote from Groebner in the total amount of $19,652.68 for materials in connection with the Wren Road gas line replacement. Please see attached.
6. Request approval to purchase one-quarter of a T650 T4 Bobcat Compact Track Loader from the Street Department at a cost of $7,125.00 to be paid equally from Gas, Water, and Sewer Funds Capital Outlay. Please see attached.

1. Resolution No. R-2025-20, a resolution to be placed on file, to accept a bid proposal from Bobcat of Marion for the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois, to purchase a Bobcat Compact Track Loader at a total cost of $71,487.49. Please see attached.

MAYOR SPENCER
1. Resolution No. R-2025-19, a resolution to be placed on file, authorizing the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois, to enter into an Addendum to the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Laborers’ International Union of North America, the Southern and Central Illinois Laborers’ District Council, and Laborers’ Local 773. Please see attached.
2. Ordinance No. O-2025-09, an ordinance to be placed on file, authorizing sale of municipally owned real property located along Blue Bunting Road, Pinckneyville, Illinois. Please see attached.
3. Ordinance No. O-2025-10, an ordinance authorizing approval of an application from Larry Wild and Lisa Wild for Façade Improvement Grant Funds of the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois, and committing Façade Improvement Grant Funds from the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois. 4. Approve purchasing Christmas lights from Holiday Outdoor Decor to be split equally between Public Affairs - Community Relations and Pinckneyville Chamber of Commerce.
