AMENDED BUDGET HEARING

Open Forum for Amended FY25 Budget

MOTION: by Catt, second by Lively to adjourn.

REGULAR BOARD MEETING

MOTION: by Stein, second by Bailey to approve the Minutes of May Board Meeting (Open and Closed).

Five in favor, none opposed.

MOTION: by Catt, second by Phillips to approve the Payment of Bills.

MOTION: by Lively, second by Stein to approve the Treasurer’s Report.

ROLL CALL: Stein, yea; Phillips, yea; Lively, yea; Catt, yea; Bailey, yea.

MOTION: by Lively, second by Phillips to enter into Closed Session for the purpose of appointment, employment, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees Collecting Negotiation Matters Between the Public Body and Its Employees at 6:06pm. Five in favor, none opposed.

MOTION: by Catt, second by Phillips to exit Closed Session at 8:12pm

Five in favor, none opposed.

MOTION: by Lively, second by Phillips to appoint Devan Downard as the New Board Member for a the remainder of the term replacing former Vice President Misty Doerflein. Five in favor, none opposed.

MOTION: by Catt, second by Lively to approve the Superintendent Contract for Erica Hicks under the proviso revisions discussed in Closed Session.

MOTION: by Lively, second by Phillips to adopt Press 118.

MOTION: by Catt, second by Bailey to accept the Resignation of Elizabeth Fagerland as the Yearbook Sponsor.

MOTION: by Lively, second by Catt to approve the New Teacher Assignment for the 2025-26 School Year. This reassignment will employ Sarah Copus as the Kindergarten Teacher. ROLL CALL: Stein, yea; Phillips, yea; Lively, yea; Catt, yea; Bailey, yea.

MOTION: by Lively, second by Phillips to hire Lillian Feltmeyer as the PreK Teacher for the 2025-26 School Year.

MOTION: by Catt, second by Phillips to hire Peter Omiotek as the Middle School Science Teacher for the 2025-26 School Year.

MOTION: by Catt, second by Stein to hire Elaina Holland as the Special Education Bus Driver for the 2025-26 School Year.

MOTION: by Lively, second by Bailey to hire Erica Hicks as the Pre-K Curriculum Coordinator for the 2025-26 School Year.

Registration for the 2025-26 School Year will be July 23rd, 2025.
