COMMISSIONER HICKS
1. Request approval of a quote from Roy Walker Communications in the total amount of $2,718.00 to purchase a vehicle repeater with radio interface cable plus installation and shipping. Please see attached.
2. Request from Pinckneyville Chamber of Commerce for $1,500.00 to assist with Mardi Gras advertising and to discuss street closures related to all Mardi Gras events. Please see attached.
3. Request approval from Pinckneyville Community High School to hold a homecoming parade on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Please see attached.
4. Request approval from Dawn Tanner to close one block of West Mulberry Street from 2-6 p.m. Sunday, September 7, 2025, for cornhole tourney/benefit. Please see attached.
5. Request approval from Pinckneyville Knights of Columbus #2921 to collect on city streets on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. for their annual drive for the benefit of District #50 Special Ed. & Southern Illinois Special Olympics. Please see attached.

1. Request approval of a proposal from JC’s Air Conditioning for new AC unit at the utility department in the total amount of $6,715.00 to be paid from Gas – Building Maintenance. Please see attached.

MAYOR SPENCER
1. Resolution No. R-2025-22, a resolution placed on file at the August 11, 2025, regular council meeting, authorizing a grant application to the 2026 Cycle 17 Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP) and committing the required 10% local matching funds.
2. Resolution No. R-2025-23, a resolution to authorize an application for financial assistance for a gas line replacement project within the City of Pinckneyville, Illinois. Please see attached.
3. Resolution No. R-2025-24, a resolution to designate and authorize Greater Egypt Regional Planning & Development Commission to provide grant administration services to the City of Pinckneyville, Illinois. Please see attached.
4. Resolution No. R-2025-25, a resolution to be placed on file, authorizing a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Agreement between the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois, and Kellerman’s Feed & Supply, Inc., an Illinois Corporation. Please see attached.
5. Proclamation in recognition of Gold Star Mother’s Day and Family Day on Sunday, September 28, 2025. Their journey begins on September 23rd, and they will arrive in Pinckneyville September 26th, and leave on September 27th.
