• While Ameren customers are seeing a rate increase, the City of Waterloo customers are not impacted by this large increase.

B. Consideration and Action on Approval of Contract with AO Creatives for Digital Marketing Services at a cost of $11,100.00 less 15% Discount through Discover Downstate Illinois Tourism Bureau for a Total Cost of $9,435.00 to be paid out of the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund.
Motion made by Alderman Charron and seconded by Alderman Kyle Buettner to approve a Contract with AO Creatives for Digital Marketing Services at a cost of $11,100.00 less 15% Discount through Discover Downstate Illinois Tourism Bureau for a Total Cost of $9,435.00 to be paid out of the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund.
Comments: This digital marketing service was presented at both the Utility Committee Meeting and the Economic Development Committee Meeting, where it received a favorable recommendation.

C. Consideration and Action on the Purchase of Equipment Attachments from Fabick CAT in the amount of $58,662.40 for the newly purchased Street Department Skid Steer Loader.

E. Consideration and Action on Waiving Normal Bidding Procedures, due to the customized nature of the equipment, and Approving the Purchase of a New Natural Gas Odorizer for the city’s natural gas system from RKA Applied Solutions in the amount of $67,050.00.

13. Discussion of Matters by Council Members Arising After Agenda Deadline. Alderman Vogt asked if there would be a water violation update at next week's Utility Meeting. The Director of Public Works confirmed that an update would be provided. Alderman Hopkins welcomed and congratulated Mark Herrmann on his appointment as the new Building Inspector.
Mayor Darter gave an overview of the day he spent with Mayor of the Day Isaac Linker.
14. Motion to Adjourn made by Alderman Vogt and seconded by Alderman Matt Buettner. Motion passed with unanimous voice vote. Mayor Darter adjourned the meeting at 7:56 p.m.
