City of Red Bud Personnel Committee met Sept. 15.

Committee Members Present: Jeremy DeMond, Curt Guebert, Bryce Parsons, Alan Piel

Committee Members Absent: Kyle Donjon

Council Members Present: Pat Mueller, Bill Hanebutt

Council Members Absent: Rodney Nevois

Others Present: Mayor Susan Harbaugh, City Attorney Rick Cooper, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Code Admin./City Engineer Jeff Mueller, Administrative Officer Jill Landgraf, City Clerk Joanne Cowell, Finance Officer Liz Cowell

Others Absent: Police Chief John Brittingham

Committee Chairman DeMond called the meeting to order at 6:24 P.M.

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – August 18, 2025

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman DeMond, seconded by Committee Member Piel, to approve the minutes from the August 18, 2025, meeting. Carried

II. Jill Landgraf Travel Request to Attend IEDC Basic Economic Development Course in Naperville, IL on October 20-23, 2025

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman DeMond, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to approve sending Jill Landgraf to training entitled “Illinois Basic Economic Development Course” on October 20-23, 2025, in Naperville, IL, NTE $1,415. Carried

III. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City

Mayor Harbaugh congratulated Jill for landing a $500 scholarship for the IEDC training.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 P.M
