Eckart was asked to get hard numbers for the project. Ehret is available to start on the project now. Eckart will bring back more information to the October committee meeting.

New Business

III. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City

Committee Member Hanebutt questioned why the decision was made to hold off on the OSLAD grant application until the next cycle. Adm. Officer Landgraf said that with the growth construction project, city hall project, and the RBBP project, she felt that providing a quality application was an issue. Farnsworth was providing some estimates and drawings only. Farnsworth would have charged between $8,000-$10,000 to complete the grant. The parks and recreation committee and Mike Moll agreed that is would be better to wait until the next cycle opened.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:32 P.M.
