Consideration and Action on Waiving of Customary Bidding Procedures and Approval of an Agreement with Viking Industrial Painting in the amount of $163,300.00; and, Authorizing the Director of Public Works to Approve up to an additional $15,000.00 for Contingency Purposes for Painting and Repair Services of the City Hall Water Tower.
