Jill Landgraf requested increasing the NTE amount to $1,640, to allow her to drive her personal vehicle to the training, which will allow her to keep a personal commitment.

2. E-Citation Reporting

Chief Brittingham said that Circuit Clerk Julie Carnahan shared the information on the e-citation reporting. The only cost to the city would be approximately $6,000 for the printers, bags, and batteries.

Motion made by Council Member Mueller, seconded by Council Member Parsons to authorize approval to work with the Circuit Clerk’s Office to set up the e-citation reporting system for the Police Department (Clerk Note: at an approximate cost of $6,000 to the city.)
