Waterloo Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement.

Nomination Application

The Waterloo Chamber invites you to participate in selecting a recipient for the Community Service Award for the current year to be presented at the Annual Membership Social this coming March 2, 2019. The nominees will be reviewed and selected by an appointed committee. The following represents the criteria set by the selection committee for choosing the winner. The nomination is open to the public (not just chamber members.)

The deadline for applications is February 15, 2019.

Criteria

• Nominee must be a Waterloo resident.

• Their achievements should have a positive effect on the quality of life within our community.

• They must have involvement in community service through business, civic, or charitable affiliations.

• They must have demonstrated dedication to providing excellent service.
