Carbondale Public Library recently issued the following announcement.

Take a break from the heat with Monday Matinees at the Carbondale Public Library. We will show a different film each week from June 10 through July 22. We cannot list the films on Facebook due to licensing, so come by or give us a call at (618)457-0354 to find out more. Movies will be posted on our website as the dates get closer. Seating is first come, first served.
This week's film: A musician falls in love with a struggling artist and helps her realize her dream. Their relationship struggles due to the musician’s battle with addiction. Rated R.
Must be 17 or accompanied by a parent/guardian for Rated R films. Must be 13+ for PG-13 films.
