Falling home prices in Percy in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Percy fell by $4,750 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $28,500 - a 14.3% decrease over the $33,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Percy in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Percy for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $848, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
