Sparta home prices fell in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Sparta fell by $6,300 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,450 - a 6.6% decrease over the $95,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Sparta in the fourth quarter of 2019, as well.
