The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in Red Bud increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Red Bud rose by $70,000 while total sales increased by 400%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 87.5% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Red Bud in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Red Bud for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,335, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
