Home prices decreased in Chester during December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Chester fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $38,500 - a 28% decrease over the $53,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Chester in December 2019.
